Meridian ("we," "us," or "the Service") is a macroeconomic data platform operated by Meridian Data. We aggregate, process, and serve publicly available economic data from sources including the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) and Yahoo Finance.

All data, metrics, scores, and classifications provided by Meridian are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the Service. Data is sourced from third-party public sources and may contain errors, delays, or omissions beyond our control.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any investment, trading, or financial decisions you make. Meridian shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of or reliance on data obtained through the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice. The Free tier carries no service-level agreement (SLA). Pro and Enterprise tiers include reasonable uptime targets as described in their respective plan documentation.

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond your plan's API limits
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Meridian data to third parties
  • Use automated means to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
